主题非常有特色的纪录片，有些迷幻的配乐进一步加强了水波的能量。重要的不是游泳，而是游完之后那种不可战胜的感觉。人生低谷期做的很多事，都有这种哲学的影子。从萨特存在的自由令人眩晕，到如今存在的坚实感也能让人忘却不自由的痛苦，是选择“在这里”还是“走下去”，不同需要的人给出了不同的答案。

这种tv doc看多了真的好疲劳
好久没有笑得这么夸张了，不是那种被逗笑的礼貌性微笑，是真的笑到肚子疼脸抽筋的那种。有几个包袱抖得实在太绝了，完全没想到会是那个走向，直接把嘴里喝的水喷出来了（对不起我的键盘）。关键它又不是那种低俗搞笑的路线，笑点都挺聪明的，不是靠出丑和尴尬制造笑料。看完之后心情好了一整天。
